Dan began building his business savvy when he started his own computer hardware and printer business in Irvine, California, during the Internet’s evolution and the era known as the Dot-Com days. Technology, entrepreneurship, and Small business will always be a big part of my life, says Dan.

After several successful years in this marketing and sales arena in technology.  Dan transferred his considerable energy and enthusiasm towards Real Estate and Mortgage Financing. He first became a Real Estate investor and took an analytical approach to Real Estate and has been involved for 12 years. Like any field to get good at it you need to evolve yourself in it. Dan focused his efforts as a licensed loan officer, learning everything about financing then later started a Mortgage Company and had been in the financing industry for 10 years.

Dan also obtained a Real Estate license and put his expertise to work. He later opened his own Real Estate Brokerage. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors and Honolulu Board of Realtors. Also just recently opened a brokerage in California and a member of NSDAR – North San Diego County Association of REALTOR®

He has earned his GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute), AHWD (At Home with Diversity) and ePRO (Certification for Internet Professionalism). Dan has also holds a Microsoft (MCP) certification and completed numerous Commercial Real Estate Courses. Sales and Marketing background.
