The Real Estate market is ever changing the way it used to be. Now a days more and more consumers will start their home search online without the assistance of an agent. They can research properties, neighborhoods, schools, use mapping tools, do virtual drive by’s, view shopping centers in the area, and so much more.

The Real Estate market may not have been among the early adopters of this paradigm shift, but based on recent developments, the real estate marketing is adapting. So because of the internet, most buyers are well informed before buying or selling a property in the early stages. Once the buyer or seller has done their initial research then it’s time to contact an agent to guide them the rest of the way.

I heard so many times that buyers already have a good idea of whats on the market and just need assistance with the next step on how to proceed with a sell or purchase of a property. Technology has made my full service job easier and more efficient. So I wanted to give buyers and sellers more cost saving options says Dan. I’m a full service broker and will be there for you though out the entire home buyer and seller process.

A little about me

Dan began developing his business savvy when he started his own computer hardware and printer business in Irvine California during the Internet evolution and through the era as referred to as the Dot Com days. Technology, entrepreneurship and Small business will always be a big part of my life says Dan.

After several successful years in this marketing and sales arena in technology.  Dan transferred his considerable energy and enthusiasm towards Real Estate and Mortgage Financing. He first became a Real Estate investor and took an analytical approach to Real Estate and has been involved for 12 years. Like any field to get good at it you need to evolve yourself in it. Dan focused his efforts as a licensed loan officer, learning everything about financing then later started a Mortgage Company and had been in the financing industry for 10 years.

Dan also obtained a Real Estate license and put his expertise to work. He later opened his own Real Estate Brokerage. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors and Honolulu Board of Realtors. Also just recently opened a brokerage in California and a member of NSDAR - North San Diego County Association of REALTOR®

He has earned his GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute), AHWD (At Home with Diversity) and ePRO (Certification for Internet Professionalism). Dan has also holds a Microsoft (MCP) certification and completed numerous Commercial Real Estate Courses. Sales and Marketing background.
